Product information

In principle, anything is possible to make, as long as the base consists of rubber traction belts and (in each case, some) bars to ensure rigidity. Rods can be made of different materials, as well as any flights. We can make closed belts, square mesh webs , elevators, lightweight belts, hedgehog belts, belts for in food processing, etc.

All our webs are made to customer specifications, so you are free to decide what is best for you.

Length / Width / Pitch / Rod diameter / Rod material / Choice of connection / Choice of Flights / Covering / Cranked up or down rods / Center belt connections / Pattern of rods etc.

– the industry or conditions in which the web is to run
– the product to be transported by the web
– The (desired) method of driving the web
– The speed of the web in meters per second
– The diameters of the drive and reversing rollers

Our normal black rubber traction belts are not, however some types are available in blue rubber. Those are food grade certified.

Costs and payment

No. The price depends on your position in the supply chain. Our aim is that both the original machine manufacturer and the reseller can make money with our products.

We transfer the transportation cost one-to-one to the buyer. Thus, no extra margin is put on these costs.

Roughly we have following options; prepayment at order, prepayment for shipment or post-payment (delivery on account). Within the above categories variations are possible.

In addition, we have the option of using an insured credit limit. Our credit insurer will prepare a risk profile at our request and advise us regarding an insured limit for our client. Our insurer Coface bases this risk profile on the company data as filed with the local Chambers of Commerce.

Ordering

You can order from us by sending an e-mail to RFQ@broekema.nl or Sales@broekema.nl with your request. Telephone orders are accepted, however the responsibility of checking the order confirmation lies with the buyer.

For new customers, we need the most relevant business information; name, address, city, VAT number, billing address (billing e-mail address), delivery address and contact information.

Also, have a look at or fill in our web-form when ordering a conveyor belt. This way there is nothing you’ll miss in the quotation request.

You will receive your order confirmation as soon as the order is scheduled. We strive to confirm your order within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, it is not possible at this time to track your order during the manufacturing process. Some carriers we work with do offer the service to track & trace orders. If you would like detailed information on the status of your order, please send your question by e-mail to sales@broekema.nl, quoting the order number.

Changing or canceling your order is possible only if we have not yet started the manufacturing process. Normally we start the production of sieve webs about 5 weeks before the delivery date. This is different for sprockets and custom made rollers; the lead time for these is much shorter. stock products can be canceled as long as they are not packed. Additional handling will be charged. It is best to ask for a suitable solution by sending an e-mail to sales@broekema.nl.

Shipping and delivery

At Broekema, we aim for a delivery time of sieve webs of 4 to 6 weeks throughout the year. Depending on capacity, it is possible to produce orders with a faster delivery time. However, to make this possible we will charge an expedited delivery charge. The amount of this surcharge depends on the available capacity, and will be between 10 and 25%.

Products that are in stock can, depending on order time and delivery address, be shipped the same day.

Yes, that is not a problem as long as it does not interfere with all other processes. Ask about the possibilities at sales@broekema.nl

Shipping can be done in several ways. We can take care of this, but you can also organize it yourself. If you let us know early on, we will of course take this into account.

Yes, we ship all over the world, and have a lot of experience with that as well.

We will always try to inform you in a timely manner if your order is delayed. Any delay does not entitle you to cost-free cancellation or shipping.

Send your complaint to sales@broekema.nl and provide the email with all relevant information, such as Sales order number / Invoice number / article number etc. Photos can help enormously in finding a cause of the problem and providing a solution. We will always take complaints seriously because this is an opportunity to improve.
