Waterproof rollers

Designed for consistent performance in wet and humid environments, Broekema’s Waterproof Rollers offer a robust solution for applications where water exposure is unavoidable — such as washing, rinsing, or de-stoning processes.

These rollers combine a stainless steel shaft with Broekema’s own EcoDrive steel bearings. While theory suggests caution when pairing these two materials, extensive field use has proven this setup to be reliable and durable. The key lies in the design: all HS series rollers can be made water-resistant by opting for a threaded shaft configuration with an integrated oil seal. This combination ensures better sealing performance than continuous shafts, helping to keep moisture out and extend service life.

Waterproof Rollers are compatible with all Broekema HS series support and return rollers. By using standard components, we provide an effective and accessible upgrade for customers who operate in wet or variable moisture conditions.
