Rubber Cover Profile

Rubber Cover Profiles are full-surface rubber overlays mounted with rods in specific pitches. They can be installed with the bar side up or down, creating either a flight effect or a more even transport surface. Designed to reduce gaps and increase product coverage, they are especially suited for double-cam belt configurations.

Rubber Cover Profiles turn open belts into semi-closed surfaces.

Available in pitch 30, 40, and 50

Rod covering is used to modify the behavior and performance of sieve rods during harvesting and processing. Depending on the type of sleeve or profile applied, it can protect sensitive crops, reduce product damage, minimize wear on the rods, or influence the sieving gap.
