Steel Flight with Pins

Steel flights with pins are a durable variant commonly used in aggressive handling environments such as sugar beet elevators and soil-heavy harvesting conditions. Like all Broekema steel flights, these are fully custom-built and only enter production after formal approval of the drawing. These flights can be designed with additional features such as wear skids, reinforcing ribs, or corrosion-resistant coatings to optimize performance and longevity. Pin-mounted flights are particularly useful when minimal flex is required, and consistent product spacing must be maintained throughout the conveying process.
