RFL 140 LF

The RFL 140 LF is a molded rubber flight with a built-in lip, designed to provide excellent lifting power for heavy-duty crop transport. Its narrow yet tall design makes it ideal for installations where high lift is required but belt width is limited — such as compact machinery or precision-driven elevator systems.

Unlike most RFL flights, the RFL 140 LF is mounted using a special 30×4 mm rod without a slotted hole. This rigid mounting method increases stability in high-load situations and ensures the flight remains securely in position during intense operation.

Made from high-quality extruded rubber, the RFL 140 LF offers excellent wear resistance and product friendliness, even under tough field conditions. It is frequently used in agricultural applications where strong, vertical product movement is needed without damaging crops or overloading the system.
