HSM series - Rod drive

The HSM Series (Hamminga System Modular) is Broekema’s modular answer to custom pitch and diameter requirements in rod-driven conveyor systems. Built for flexibility and reliability, this drive solution consists of a steel base ring onto which a hub and hardened drive teeth are mounted. The modular construction eliminates the need for welding and makes it easy to replace individual components — particularly useful when adapting to pitch changes or replacing worn teeth.

With options for support fingers and customizable hub configurations (including bore and keyway or setscrew), the HSM Series can be tailored to suit a wide variety of conveyor designs. It’s an ideal solution when cast iron sprockets are not available in the desired dimensions. Despite its modular nature, the HSM maintains the durability and performance expected from the HS series family, and its replaceable parts reduce downtime and simplify maintenance.
