Sieve web 3 belts

Seeving web 3 belts

We can supply sieving webs in all shapes and sizes. Correct material choices lead to a longer service life and less downtime. The belt in the picture has a Highflex centre belt connection, which ensures that there is extra rod material before forging (flattening and punching) at the position of the center belts.

Sieve web with KS clips

Seeving web with KS clips

We can supply sieving webs in all shapes and sizes. Correct material choices lead to a longer service life and less downtime. The belt in the picture has a KS clip as the centre belt connection, which ensures that the rod material does not need to be deformed and forged even at the position of the center belts.

Elevators

To transport products upwards, an elevator is necessary. An elevator has flights, which can be made of different materials, depending on the application.

Ringtraces / Ring elevators

Ring elevators transport products from low to high in the machine, running like a ring around the harvester has. The Steel flights are mounted on the opposite side of the rod as the product is on the inside of the belt. Ringtraces are available for sugar beet machinery (heavy duty / steel flights) and other crops, like potato (rubber flights).

V-Pintle webs

Pintle belts are used to clean products or remove haulm residue. A V-shaped pintle belt has vulcanized pintle on a steel rod with a V-shape.

Tomato haulmwebs

Potato haulmwebs

Haulmwebs are used to separate the haulm from the potato. Potatoes fall down through the large openings, and the haulm remains on the haulm belt.

Square Mesh web

In order to maintain sufficient sieving capacity while harvesting elongated products, such as carrots or parsnips, and not to lose products unnecessarily, square mesh webs have been devised. We can make the bars with welded-on pins to customer specifications, and it is also possible to choose a 100% hardened rod, or a rod made of hardened material (where any heating of the steel does weaken it).

Dual web

A Dual web consists of Dual rods, made of cast steel end- and center pieces. By using Dual rods, a Double Nock belt can be chosen to protect both rod and product. The Dual rods are located in the neutral line of the belt, eliminating extra-large gaps on the drive and return rollers.

Dual web Stainless Steel

A Dual web consists of Stainsless Steel Dual rods, and stainless steel end- and center pieces. By using Dual rods, a double cam/nock belt can be chosen to protect both rod and product. The Dual rods are located in the neutral line of the belt, eliminating extra-large gaps on the drive and return rollers.

Triple web

A Triple web consists of triple rods, made of cast steel end- and center pieces. By using triple rods, a large pitch belt can be chosen and the consequence of less steel (rivets and rivet plates) in the belt ensures flexibility and long service life. The triple rods are located in the neutral line of the belt, eliminating extra-large gaps on the drive and return rollers.

Twin web

Twin webs are mostly used in situations where a small gap between the bars is needed. Twin webs are often used when conveying fine products, where using small bar diameters creates a lot of sieving capacity, yet no product is lost. Unlike Dual webs, twin webs in bushings cannot be made with double cam/nock belts, which means that both the product and the rods are in frequent contact with each other. In addition, a twin rod in bushings is not protected from support rollers on the return side.

Lightweight carrot elevators

Elevators can also be built lightweight. The combination of Active Side Protection fingers, PVC fabric and rubber finger flights transporting the products contribute to weight savings.

Full surface webs (Rubber)

Conveyor belts that do not require sieving can be closed by means of rubber cover profiles. The profiles are available in 3 different sizes to meet almost any requirement. The use of a central belt or flights is also possible.

Full surface webs (PVC)

Conveyor belts that do not require sieving can be closed by means of PVC cover. The use of a central belt or flights is also possible. Possible applications include conveyers for diet feeders or conveyer belts in greenhouses.
