PES-rods

PES rods are equipped with soft rubber fingers to gently carry elongated products like carrots. Instead of collecting in pockets, products lie evenly across the surface—minimizing impact and breakage.

PES-rods are specifically developed for transporting long, fragile crops such as carrots or parsnips. These rods feature vulcanized rubber “fingers” that create a soft landing surface, allowing the product to form a stable bed rather than being confined in fixed pockets. This design helps prevent tip breakage and reduces bouncing or bruising during transfer.
If your goal is general crop protection without the molded finger structure, our Fully Rubberized Rods may be a better fit.
