CPP-rods

CPP rods are flat-profile vulcanized bars designed to reduce gaps and protect the product. They’re particularly effective in applications involving washing of long, delicate crops.

CPP rods (Crop Protection Profile) are vulcanized to provide a nearly closed transport surface, often used in washing applications for long products like carrots. The wide rubber profile minimizes product movement, reduces gaps (e.g. 4 mm gap with pitch 40), and ensures smooth, even support—especially useful in wet processing lines.
