Twin rod in bushings

Twin rods in bushings are a compact rod solution ideal for small product sieving, such as flower bulbs or olives. Two rods are pressed into a bushing, effectively halving the pitch and increasing sieving capacity. Because the rods are flexible, they add beneficial vibration—though spacers may be added for stability if needed.

A flexible solution for delicate or small products.

  • Halved pitch for finer sieving
  • Lightweight design with added vibration
  • Optionally combined with covering to reduce gaps
  • Stainless steel and lightweight materials available

Twin and triple rod webs are used in applications where high sieving performance and consistent gaps are essential—especially for small or delicate products. These designs help optimize belt flexibility, reduce stress on the traction belt, and minimize the risk of product getting stuck or returned.

Twin rods come in different configurations, such as bushings or cast brackets, while triple rods introduce a patented solution that combines flexibility and durability. All variants aim to reduce wear, maintain consistent product flow, and extend belt lifetime—whether used in harvesting, processing, or washing lines.
