Welded twin rod

Still available for legacy or custom configurations, the welded twin rod offers a proven alternative. Rods are welded in the neutral line of the belt, making them compatible with double-cam belts and ensuring consistent gap across rollers. However, this version is being gradually phased out in favor of the Dual rod.

Still in use—still reliable.

  • Welded in the belt’s neutral line
  • Compatible with double cam belts
  • Gap remains constant over rollers
  • Being phased out in favor of Dual rod

Twin and triple rod webs are used in applications where high sieving performance and consistent gaps are essential—especially for small or delicate products. These designs help optimize belt flexibility, reduce stress on the traction belt, and minimize the risk of product getting stuck or returned.

Twin rods come in different configurations, such as bushings or cast brackets, while triple rods introduce a patented solution that combines flexibility and durability. All variants aim to reduce wear, maintain consistent product flow, and extend belt lifetime—whether used in harvesting, processing, or washing lines.
