Dual rod

The Dual rod is the next-generation alternative to welded twin rods. Two bars are mounted in a robust cast bracket with ends that sit in the neutral line of the belt. This ensures a consistent gap across the entire web—even at drive or return rollers—and allows use with double-cam traction belts for extra protection.

Durability and precision in one bracket.

  • Consistent gap across drums and rollers
  • Slim ends improve belt flexibility
  • Allows use of double cam belts
  • Reduced assembly time and production steps

Twin and triple rod webs are used in applications where high sieving performance and consistent gaps are essential—especially for small or delicate products. These designs help optimize belt flexibility, reduce stress on the traction belt, and minimize the risk of product getting stuck or returned.

Twin rods come in different configurations, such as bushings or cast brackets, while triple rods introduce a patented solution that combines flexibility and durability. All variants aim to reduce wear, maintain consistent product flow, and extend belt lifetime—whether used in harvesting, processing, or washing lines.
