Rubber Cover Profile

Rubber Cover Profiles are full-surface rubber overlays mounted with rods in specific pitches. They can be installed with the bar side up or down, creating either a flight effect or a more even transport surface. Designed to reduce gaps and increase product coverage, they are especially suited for double-cam belt configurations.

Rod covering is used to modify the behavior and performance of sieve rods during harvesting and processing. Depending on the type of sleeve or profile applied, it can protect sensitive crops, reduce product damage, minimize wear on the rods, or influence the sieving gap. Coverings are available in various materials and hardness levels—from soft PVC for product-friendly cushioning to harder plastics that reduce the spacing between rods. Some sleeves are split and easily removable, while others are designed for permanent application. The right covering improves belt performance, extends component life, and helps tailor the web to your specific crop and operating conditions.
