Threaded Plates

Threaded plates are the essential counterpart to Broekema’s Pilot Bolts, providing a strong and reusable thread anchor within the rubber traction belt. Placed on the bottom side of the belt, they allow Pilot Bolts to be securely fastened without the need for through-hole riveting.

These plates are commonly used during in-field repairs or to fasten new rods or clips to existing belting. Thanks to their threaded design, repairs can be carried out quickly using only a Torx key — no need for hammers, rivet guns, or extensive belt disassembly.

Threaded plates are available for all standard Broekema rod and clip configurations. For best results, always match the correct bolt and plate combination, ensuring proper fit and load distribution across the belt structure.
