Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Organiser

This giveaway is organised by EA Broekema B.V., established in Veendam, the Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as “Broekema”.

The giveaway is organised in accordance with applicable Dutch law and, where applicable, mandatory laws and regulations of the European Union and its Member States.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway runs from 30 July 2026 up to and including 31 December 2026.

Entries received after 31 December 2026 will not be eligible.

3. Entry

Entry is free of charge. To submit a valid entry, participants must:

1. follow Broekema on Instagram or Facebook;
2. complete the entry form on the website fully and truthfully;
3. agree to these terms and conditions;
4. be at least 18 years old;
5. reside in a Member State of the European Union.

A maximum of one entry per person and per email address is permitted.

Consent to receive marketing emails is not required to enter the giveaway and does not increase the chance of winning.

Participation must be permitted under the mandatory laws applicable in the participant’s country of residence.

4. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded among all valid entries:

• Grand prize: €250 shop credit to spend at Broekema with a minimum spend of €500;
• Bonus prize: one Broekema goodie bag.

The €250 shop credit:

• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Broekema;
• is valid for 6 months from the date of issue;
• must be redeemed in a single transaction;
• is valid exclusively at EA Broekema B.V.;
• is not transferable without Broekema’s prior consent.

No rights can be derived from images used in connection with the giveaway.

5. Selection of Winners

After the giveaway period has ended, the winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The winner selection will take place on or around 31 December 2026 and will be conducted by a Broekema employee.

Broekema will verify whether the selected participant meets the entry requirements at the time of selection. Broekema may ask the winner to provide proof that they follow Broekema on Instagram or Facebook.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

6. Winner Notification and Receipt of the Prize

The winners will be notified within 7 working days after the winner selection via the email address or telephone number provided on the entry form.

If a winner:

• does not respond within 30 days;
• has provided incorrect or incomplete contact details;
• does not meet these terms and conditions;
• or is unwilling or unable to accept the prize,

Broekema may select a new winner.

The prize will be sent, presented or otherwise made available in a manner determined by Broekema. Any costs incurred by the winner in collecting or using the prize will only be borne by the winner if this has been clearly stated in advance.

7. Exclusion

Broekema may declare an entry invalid in the event of fraud, misuse, manipulation, multiple entries by the same person, incorrect information or any other conduct that violates these terms and conditions.

Employees of EA Broekema B.V., parties directly involved in organising the giveaway and members of their households are excluded from participation.

8. Personal Data

Broekema uses the personal data provided for:

• processing the entry;
• verifying compliance with the entry requirements;
• selecting and contacting the winners;
• sending or presenting the prizes;
• preventing fraud and misuse.

Personal data will not be used for marketing emails unless the participant has provided separate and explicit consent for this purpose.

This consent may be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting Broekema.

9. Publicity

Winners are under no obligation to participate in photographs, publications or other promotional communications relating to the giveaway.

Broekema may separately ask a winner for permission to publish, for example, their first name, place of residence or a photograph.

Refusal will not affect the winner’s right to the prize.

10. Instagram and Facebook

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

Participants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any liability in connection with this giveaway.

Any questions or complaints regarding the giveaway must be directed exclusively to Broekema.

11. Amendment or Termination

Broekema may amend, suspend or terminate the giveaway early if exceptional circumstances make this necessary.

Any amendment may not disadvantage participants without reasonable grounds and will be announced on the giveaway page.

Broekema will not retrospectively amend these terms and conditions to the detriment of participants.

12. Liability

Broekema is not liable for any damage arising from:

• technical failures or problems involving the internet, email or social media;
• incorrectly provided contact details;
• a prize not being received, being received late or being received damaged;
• the use of the prize,

except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of Broekema, or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
