Fully rubberized rods

Fully rubberized rods offer maximum protection for delicate crops. Both the round section and the forged flat ends are fully covered in durable rubber, minimizing the risk of bruising or surface damage. These rods are widely used in harvesting systems where product friendliness is a top priority. Standard widths are available from stock; custom dimensions can be produced on request.

This rod is fully encapsulated in rubber, offering all-around product protection and wear resistance.

Fully rubberized rods offer the highest level of product protection by fully encapsulating the entire rod—including both the round shaft and the flattened ends—in a vulcanized rubber layer. This ensures maximum damping and eliminates metal-to-metal contact, making them especially suitable for delicate crops or high-impact zones in the web.

When full-surface coverage is not required, a Support rod may be a more economical alternative. It offers targeted protection only on the round section of the rod, effectively reducing noise and wear in elevator flights—commonly used in beet harvesting.
