CC - Joining Clip

The CC series features a rugged, cast steel construction designed for maximum reliability. With a bolted upper section and separate lower plates that protect the belt, these clips offer a secure connection and are easy to assemble or weld when needed. These mechanical connections make it possible to join webs securely and efficiently, even when endless vulcanization is not an option.

We offer a broad range of clip types, each optimized for specific needs. From simple and robust AF clips with identical halves, to high-performance solutions like BS or BSV clips with replaceable bushings, all our designs aim to extend belt life and minimize downtime. In situations where extra flexibility is needed, a Double Pivot setup can be added to many clip types to help the belt move more smoothly over smaller rollers.
