“Endless wrapped belts feature a continuous fabric layer that is never cut, ensuring there are no weak points anywhere along the belt. As a result, this design offers unrivaled tensile strength while maintaining flexibility that’s virtually identical across the entire length of the belt. However, because of the unique production method—where a full-width rubber plate (typically 1,200 mm) is processed at once—these belts are produced only in larger batches. For instance, depending on the final belt width, each batch can yield 16 belts (at 75 mm wide) or up to 24 belts (at 50 mm wide). Additionally, like all endless belts, your machinery must be able to accommodate a fully closed loop.
